Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
Returns, Refunds, and Missing Items
No Returns of CBD products unless your product arrives damaged or defective, or the incorrect products were shipped. Non-CBD products and Apparel items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Returned apparel must be in new condition and unworn, with all product tags still affixed.
When your order is delivered, open it immediately to verify the contents of your package. If you receive your order and find that it is missing any of the items you purchased, please contact us within 3 days of your order being delivered at 1-844-988-8828 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Past the third day, we will be unable to verify the item was missing from the order and therefore unable to send any replacement items.
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Web Site. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. All returns are subject to a twenty percent (20 %) restocking fee for orders over $300.00.
- We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within seven (7) days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition. - Please Note, you must fill out and return to Cannaturals, LLC a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) and receive from us an RMA# for your return to be processed.
